Recently constructed, this beach-side townhouse has two double bedrooms (one twin), a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, washing machine, fridge/freezer etc, one full bathroom and a second toilet and wash hand basin downstairs. The spacious living/dining room has patio doors leading on to the garden level terrace looking out to sea. The main bedroom with double bed has a lovely balcony overlooking the sea and the huge roof top terrace provides secluded sunbathing for those who get tired of the beach. Duquesa port is just a couple of minutes drive away (or, for the more energetic, a 20 minute stroll along the beach). The local bar is only 3 or 4  minutes walk, serving wide variety of food and drinks.  A beach bar serving fantastic fresh fish dishes is just a 15 minute walk along the beach in the other direction, west towards Gibraltar. This is an ideal location for those hoping to avoid the hustle and bustle of the sometimes overdeveloped and overcrowded resorts, yet still want to be on the beach and close to all amenities.

Aldea Beach lies mid-way between Marbella and Gibraltar, each of which is only 20 minutes away. There are numerous golf courses within easy reach - Duquesa Golf is a couple on minutes drive away, Sotogrande and Valderrama about 10 minutes away. The beautiful Spanish town of Estepona is easily accessible while the famed 'white villages” of Gaucin and Casares are just a short drive inland into the hills.
