A charming three-bedroom villa with 10m x 5m private pool  in the heart of the Andalucian countryside yet only five to 10 minutes by car to local amenities and the "white village" of Alhaurin el Grande. It is only 25mins from the coastal resorts and Malaga airport, while Seville, Granada and Cordoba, with much-improved new roads, are no more than two and a half hours away.

Set in private grounds of over 6000 square metres with fantastic 360 degree uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside, this is a superb holiday location for adults and children alike.

The comfortable and well maintained accommodation comprises three double bedrooms (one double and two twins), a large fully fitted, well equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) with dining area, living room, a good sized full bathroom and a further shower room with access via the covered terrace. The latter provides welcome shade in the summer with tables and chairs to dine, more comfortable seating for relaxing and enjoying the stunning view, and even an outside fridge to store cool drinks. Extensive gardens and lawns provide further areas for sitting or walking and enjoying the scenery, while the roof terrace offers spectacular panoramic views.

Ample garden furniture and sun beds are provided, plus a barbecue, and there is plenty of space for poolside sunbathing.  The beautiful 10m x 5m pool has steps down into the shallow end. For your entertainment there is satellite TV, offering main UK channels plus free-to-view, and a DVD player. For your comfort there is full air-conditioning. An open fire in the living room plus central heating makes it cosy for those holidaying in cooler months.

The villa comfortably sleeps seven people as a folding bed is available as well as a travel cot if you are taking a little one. It is also suitable for the elderly as there are very few steps and all the main areas are on one level.

Although in the heart of the countryside, it is only a few minutes from nearby Alhaurin El Grande which has numerous shops, supermarkets and great restaurants. A further 5 minutes drive brings you to Coin which again has numerous shops and restaurants as well as La Trocha, an indoor complex with stores such as Dunnes, Burger King and even a bowling alley! 

The beaches of Benelmadana, Fuengerola and Marbella are only 25 minutes away and the mountain village of Mijas is even closer. If you want to go further afield Gibraltar is just over an hour away. Golf is big in this part of Spain and this villa is perfectly placed with superb courses within a 10 minute drive. 

All-in-all we think that this villa is in the perfect place to explore all Andalucia has to offer, or to just stay and soak up the sun in a very private place that is not overlooked and has a fantastic pool to cool down in!

Terms: 50% deposit with booking form, remainder payable 30 days prior to holiday
