CABALLO BLANCO
Just outside Coín, two-bedroom, two-bathroom house with pool plus separate one-bedroom apartment, together sleeping six to eight (using sofabed).  Situated on a quiet hillside urbanization, offering great views to surrounding countryside. All to a very high standard with satellite TV and air conditioning throughout.

The main house comprises one double bedroom (with French doors on to terrace and pool area) with a large double bed and  ensuite bathroom, one twin bedroom, seperate bathroom, fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons, including dishwasher, comfortable lounge with satellite TV, CD player, etc and dining area leading on to the front roof terrace. All main rooms, plus the apartment, have air conditioning/central heating. From the pool area there are steps down to the separate apartment which has one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, fitted kitchen and living room with double bed settee.

While there are steps around the property, there is a safe flat terrace (leading from the living room), which is gated so that young children cannot access the pool if you are not there to supervise. There is also a child gate from the kitchen door, so you can leave the door open to enjoy a breeze, safe in the knowledge that little ones won't be able to wonder off! 

Just a few minutes drive (or healthy walk!) from bars, restaurants, bank and chemist in the lively Coín suburb of El Rodeo - and also walkable to a new shopping mall with excellent supermarket, shops, eateries, cinema, etc - this is an ideal spot for a relaxing holiday and a convenient base for exploring the white villages of Andalucía, the lake district of El Chorro, and other popular attractions. The coast (Marbella) is 25 minutes' away.

Note: this villa is unsuitable for people with walking difficulties due to the number of steps leading up to it.

Prices based on four sharing main house - each additional person to pay 10% of the advertised weekly rate. Christmas and Easter rates on application.
All bed linen and towels provided - please bring beach towels.
