Perched on the hillside some 5mins or so by car from the pretty "white village" of Guaro, this recently renovated house enjoys the most spectacular views and boasts a huge 13m pool. Local small towns of Monda and Coín - and a host of bars, restaurants, shops, etc - are within easy driving distance, as is the coastal resort of Marbella. An ideal location for a totally private, get-away-from-it-all holiday.

Guaro Heights is the ideal setting for a "get away from it all" holiday of a lifetime. Approached via a 3Km hillside track, the house has uninterrupted panoramic views of the Andalucian countryside and is not overlooked. Outside are ample terraces for sunbathing and a massive 13m swimming pool. The house comprises one master bedroom with large double bed plus a single bed and ensuite bathroom, a second double bedroom (with further single bed) with ensuite bathroom and French doors out onto the patio and pool, a mezanine bedroom reached via a spiral staircase (limited headroom so maybe only really suitable for children), a separate bathroom and fitted kitchen with dishwasher etc. A further annex bedroom with ensuite shower room has independent access from the outside terrace.

There is a powerful air conditioning unit in the main living area, and fans are also provided. Satellite TV is installed, plus a CD-DVD player. Outside there is ample garden furniture and a barbecue to make the most of outdoor living.

Above prices based on up to six sharing - additional people each to pay 10% of the advertised weekly rate. Easter and Christmas rates on application. Discounts may be available for under-occupancy in low and mid season.
All bed linen and towels provided - please bring beach towels

Terms: 50% deposit with booking form, remainder payable 30 days prior to holiday
