Charming three bedroom villa, with private pool, sleeping up to six or eight people. Just outside the "white village" of Coín, with easy access via a concrete track, it is in the heart of the Andalusian countryside yet only some 25 minutes´ drive to Marbella and the coast.
This conveniently located traditional Spanish villa has extremely flexible living accommodation, with three principal bedrooms (two doubles and one twin) plus further single beds in an "ante room" and the second reception room. There are two bathrooms, plus a third loo (always useful!) and a well-equipped fitted kitchen with oven/hob and washing machine.

The very private garden is surrounded by lush greenery and there is a roof terrace too, from where the views to the countryside are spectacular. A covered porch provides some welcome shade for eating and relaxing, while there is ample poolside space for sunbathing. Of course there is the all-important barbecue to make the most of outdoor living.
Fans are provided for all main rooms, and for your entertainment there is satellite TV, with main UK stations and free-to-view, plus a DVD/CD player.

based on six people sharing. Additional people
are charged at 10% of quoted rate per person per week. Christmas and Easter
rates available on application.

bed linen and towels provided - please bring beach towels.
Maid
service, cots and highchairs available at extra charge
Terms: 50% deposit with booking form, remainder payable 30 days
prior to holiday
A returnable 300 Euros security deposit will be
taken on arrival
