EL CHAPARRAL (Monda)
Newly built house, set on the edge of the traditional "white village" of Monda, which is steeped in history and is a joy to explore, with its old Moorish buildings, tiny winding streets, impressive church square, and a variety of bars and restaurants. Just 15 minutesīdrive inland from Marbella, the town is largely unspoilt by tourism.

Set on the hillside but within walking distance of town, the house itself is newly constructed to a high standard, and comprises one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, modern fitted kitchen, full bathroom, further shower room, and a spacious, airy living room with dining area at one end. For your entertainment, there is satellite TV with some UK channels (bring your own Sky card if you have one to get a better selection) plus a CD player, etc. Newly furnished throughout, additional features include full air conditioning, and underfloor heating and a heated swimming pool, making it also ideal for winter lets. Outside, there is ample space for relaxing by the pool and enjoying the lovely views over the town and beyond.

Notes to the rental rates
Christmas and Easter rates on application. All bed linen and towels provided - please bring beach towels. Maid service, cots and highchairs available at extra charge - please enquire. A fifth person may be accommodated with a put-u-up in living room, by arrangement. Pool heating is charged extra per week - please enquire.
Terms: 50% payable on booking - remainder due 30 days prior to start of holiday
