Set within a rural residential area, it is just 35 minutes from Málaga airport, less than 10 minutes from the local town of Coín, and is within a reasonable walk of two excellent bars/restaurants. With spacious, flexible accommodation, it is ideal for large families and groups of adults.

Accommodation comprises three bedrooms - one en suite master bedroom with king-size bed, one double, and another with a double and single bed - plus a further bathroom. With the addition of two double sofa beds in the massive ground floor living area, there is the possibility of sleeping up to 10 or 11. Both bathrooms have twin basins, shower etc, and there is a newly fitted kitchen with all mod cons. Balconies and terraces on the upper floors mean you can enjoy the fabulous views from virtually every room. Satellite TV and CD player. Air conditioning. All in all, a splendid choice for larger families or groups, and with two golf courses within a 10 minute drive, it is also an ideal base for golfers. Please note that the villa is not suitable for those with walking difficulties due to the steps between the different floors.

Rates based on up to six people sharing. Additional people each have to pay 10% of advertised price per week. Christmas and Easter rates on application.
All bed linen and towels provided - please bring beach towels.
Maid service, cots and highchairs available at extra charge.

Terms: 50% deposit with booking form, remainder payable 30 days prior to holiday
