Outside there is a lovely terrace, 8m x 4m private pool and all important purpose-built barbecue area. The house is fenced and gated and also has a parking area and garage. All in all, a splendid choice for families or groups of adults, and with two golf courses within 10 minutes drive, it is also an ideal base for golfers.
