This stunning property is on two levels with open-plan living area and unique designer kitchen. A second 'kitchen' with washer/dryer and another large fridge/freezer gives more space for food preparation and storage. Also on the ground floors is a cloakroom with WC and washbasin. The splendid bathroom has a bath and two showers, and there's another shower, WC and handbasin off the utility room. Upstairs, there are three large double bedrooms, each beautifully presented and one with a terrace overlooking the pool with seating and drinks table - the perfect spot to appreciate the breathtaking views.

The villa is bursting with beautiful features. It was owner-designed and built to a very high specification just seven years ago and the fruit of many years' work is clearly evident both inside and in the fabulous now-mature gardens. A particularly stunning feature of the house is its galleried landing overlooking the living area, which is well stocked with books and games to suit all ages and tastes. There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms, living area and kitchen. Additional facilities for your comfort and enjoyment include Wi Fi internet access, English and Spanish TV, DVD player and music centre. An added bonus is the reverse osmosis drinking water system installed in the kitchen, which eliminates the need to buy bottled water.
 

There are secluded gardens to the front and back of the house with a completely private pool, solar shower, BBQ area, and no end of charming places to sit and relax. The house will accommodate six adults comfortably but is not suitable for very young children or those with walking difficulties. Pets are most welcome. Babysitting and the services of a cook /cleaner are available by prior arrangement. There are many restaurants and bars in the nearby town of Alhaurin de la Torre, which is a 5 minute drive away. The town also boasts excellent modern sports facilities, heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools, golf courses, tennis, and horse riding. There is also a frequent bus service running both inland and to Malaga city centre with all its cultural delights, plus excellent road links to all the coastal resorts and beaches.
