ALTA VISTA

Alta Vista, some 35 - 45 minutes drive from Malaga Airport, is conveniently situated about 3km from Marbella town and about 5km from Peurto Banus. The main coast road (with bus service), supermarket, restaurants, and beach are approx 1.5k from complex.  A car is not essential but advisable.

Beautifully maintained and furnished throughout, with the added bonus of air-conditioning, this ground floor three-bed apartment comprises a spacious living/dining room which opens on to a large private terrace with small garden/lawn beyond. There is a sofa as well as a sofabed, large dining table  (seating six),  TV, video and stereo. The kitchen is well-equipped with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and all the usual kitchen equipment (also iron/ironing board, clothes airer, etc).  There is a small utility area off the kitchen, suitable for drying clothes. The master bedroom, with double bed, wardrobe, lockers and en-suite bathroom (with bath, shower and two basins), has patio doors opening on to the terrace. The two twin-bedded rooms (one with zip-together beds) also have wardrobes and lockers and are of a good size. There is a separate full bathroom, and a further guest loo with washbasin.

Outside, the large tiled area is furnished with loungers, patio table and chairs plus a stone seating area opening on to a small garden with lawn.  It is quite safe for small children as they cannot get beyond the perimeter fence. Alta Vista is beautifully landscaped, and access to the communal pool - surrounded by lawn and tropical palm trees - is accessed via a pathway from the front entrance of the apartment. It is just a minute away.
An added advantage of this lovely apartment is the secure parking underneath the complex. A lift/stairway takes you straight to the apartment's front door. There is also on the road parking right by the main entrance, which has an entryphone system.
