Two-bedroom country cottage situated outside the 'white village' of Alhaurin el Grande at the foot of the spectacular Mijas Mountains, just 25 minutes west of Malaga airport

A lovely holiday home in a rural setting of 2acres of orchards with large 9m x 5.5m private swimming pool. The secluded house and grounds provide the ideal setting for a private, quiet holiday yet it is only 25 minutes from Malaga Airport and the coastal resort of Fuengirola. Marbella is some 40 minutes away. The house has two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with twin beds), lovely family bathroom and a comfortable living/dining room. The compact kitchen contains a hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and double sink unit. There is air conditioning in the main living area, while fans are provided for the bedrooms.

Outside there is a terrace surrounded by lush greenery providing welcome shade, and a purpose-built barbecue. The entire grounds are fenced and gated and the pool is also enclosed, making it much safer for those with young children. There is a resident, very old small dog but he doesn't go into the house and has never bothered visitors in the past.  Activities nearby include tennis, horse riding/trekking and, of course, golf (at Alhaurin and Lauro golf courses).

Notes to the rental rates
 Rates are based on 4-5 people sharing (using a put-u-up for the 5th person). Bookings preferably from Saturday to Saturday during July and August.
Christmas and Easter rates on application
All bed linen and towels provided - please bring beach towels
Maid service, cots and highchairs available at extra charge

Terms: 50% deposit with booking form, remainder payable 30 days prior to holiday
