Just 40 mins west of Malaga airport, this lovely villa - which is fully fenced with electric gates and is not overlooked - comprises one double and one twin bedroom, spacious living/dining room (with sofabed for extra person), shower room (with loo, handbasin and bidet), and fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave etc. For your entertainment, there is satellite TV, music centre and DVD player, and for your comfort there is full air-conditioning/central heating. Outside, the good-sized pool (with steps into shallow end) is surrounded by ample terraces for sunbathing, and there is a shaded patio area for eating al fresco and relaxing away from the heat of the day. Needless to say, there is also the all-essential barbecue!

Thanks to new and improved roads in the area, it is just a 25 minute drive into the heart of Marbella, 30 minutes to Puerto Banus and an easy drive to the following places for a day out - Sevilla (3 hours), Gibraltar (1.5 hours), Ronda (1.5 hours), Granada (1.75 hours), Terifa (2.5 hours) and the Sierra Nevada Ski resort (2 hours).
