This truly charminglittle house is packed with delightful features and is furnished to the highest standard throughout. The front door leads into a good-sized main living area, with cathedral ceiling and patio doors leading on to a pretty terrace. In the living area there is ample comfortable seating, satellite TV (full Sky package), plus music centre. The open-plan kitchen is beautifully designed and features all mod cons, including washing machine and dishwasher. Also on this level is a cloakroom with loo and washbasin. A spiral staircase leads down to a hallway, off which is the double bedroom with light and airy en suite shower room. Also off the hall is a door on to the lower terrace. Every window offers a view to either the surrounding countryside or leafy green plantings, fig trees, etc.

Outside, the main patio has a few steps leading down to the swimming pool area, again completely private and with stunning views. The pool, though quite small, is an unusual "eye" shape, with mosaic tiles, and has steps into the shallow end. It's certainly big enough for a few strokes from end to end, and is perfect for a refreshing splash about. Sunloungers are provided for poolside lazing, plus garden furniture for al fresco eating.
