Completely private, beautifully appointed villa, less than 10 minutes' drive from the towns of Coín and Alhaurin el Grande, with five double bedrooms and charming tropical gardens with great views. Accommodation is to the highest standard throughout.

Las Brisas offers spacious accommodation, all maintained and furnished to the highest standard. From the main entrance hall you enter the living room where the magnificent high ceilings give a wonderful airy feel. The sitting room area has comfortable sofas arranged around the imposing fireplace and doors opening on to the outside terrace. The dining area has double aspect views over the gardens and hills beyond. The newly fitted luxury kitchen is fully equipped and has patio doors leading on to the garden. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor (2 doubles and 1 twin) and a bathroom. A marble staircase leads from the hallway to a large landing, off which are two further double bedrooms with private terraces plus another bathroom. The house benefits from ample storage and wardrobe space. The living room and four of the bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The house is surrounded by ample terraces and patios and well-established gardens and palm trees. Perfect for outdoors living, the main terrace and pool area are well-equipped with sunloungers and patio dining tables and chairs. There is also a "summer kitchen" in the garden with a built-in barbecue, sink and fridge/freezer.

Notes on the rental rates
Based on up to eight sharing and including use of air conditioning - please enquire regarding rates for extra people. Christmas and Easter rates on application. Special deals may be available for under-occupancy in low and mid seasons.
All bed linen and towels provided - please bring beach towels.
Maid service, cots and highchairs available at extra charge.

Terms: 50% deposit with booking form, remainder payable 30 days prior to holiday
A returnable £75 security deposit will be taken on arrival.
