LAS BRISAS

Completely private, beautifully appointed villa, less than 10 minutes' drive from the towns of Coín and Alhaurin el Grande, with four double bedrooms and charming garden with great views. A handy bar-restaurant is just a few minutes drive away.

Las Brisas offers spacious accommodation, all maintained and furnished to the highest standard. There are four double bedrooms (one twin), two on ground floor with separate full bathroom, and two upstairs, with a further separate full bathroom. Both upstairs bedrooms have doors opening on to balconies. The front door of the villa opens into a hallway, leading to the large, open-plan living room and dining room, with high vaulted ceiling. Here there is ample comfortable seating and stylish furniture, plus a digital TV (English channels) and sound system. Patio doors lead to the terrace, gardens and pool. Off the living area is a well-fitted kitchen, with dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, etc. The washing machine/utility area is outside the back door. As from June 2006, all bedrooms and the downstairs living area will have air conditioning.

Outside, there is a covered porch leading on to the charming paved terrace area - adjacent to the swimming pool (9.5m x 5m with steps) - and the garden, with areas of lawn and imaginative plantings. Here, there is also a purpose-built barbecue house, with sink and a further fridge/freezer. Ample loungers and garden furniture are provided.

Notes on the rental rates
Based on up to eight sharing and including use of air conditioning. Christmas and Easter rates on application. Special deals may be available for under-occupancy in low and mid seasons.
All bed linen and towels provided - please bring beach towels.
Maid service, cots and highchairs available at extra charge.

Terms: 50% deposit with booking form, remainder payable 30 days prior to holiday
A returnable £75 security deposit will be taken on arrival.
