The swimming pool (8m x 4m) and beautifully designed patio are newly constructed and the garden is both private and tranquil. The raised patio/barbecue is a particular delight.
Beautifully furnished and superbly maintained by the English owners, accommodation on the ground floor comprises one double bedroom with private balcony and stunning views, one twin bedroom, also with great views, a full bathroom with separate shower, a new open-plan fully fitted kitchen - with granite-topped breakfast bar, dishwasher and washing machine - and an open-plan dining room and lounge with sliding doors leading on to a pretty terrace area where you can relax on sun loungers enjoying the sunshine, eat al fresco or sit with drinks and watch the beautiful sunset.

Upstairs there is another double bedroom (with access to a very secluded balcony), a dressing room and en-suite bathroom, and a lounge/dining room with a very large balcony to the front. This can be used to just sit, relax and take in the most beautiful views of the Mijas mountains - wonderful for dining al fresco in the evenings. There is also another fully fitted kitchen (giving you the choice of catering either upstairs or downstairs) and a separate toilet and utility room. A special feature is the charming internal patio with fountain.

The house is stylishly furnished with a mixture of modern and antique furniture, and for your entertainment there is Sky TV and a DVD player. Broadband internet access is also available. Upstairs is fully air conditioned while fans are provided for the downstairs rooms. Put-u-ups can be provided to sleep one or two children if necessary. Please note that Casa Katrin is a non-smoking villa.
Offering ideal accommodation for groups of adults and families alike, Casa Katrin is situated on the Cerros del Aguila Urbanization. Just a short walk down the road you have an excellent restaurant that overlooks lovely gardens, a large communal pool and a tennis court. Five minutes away by car is the town of Fuengirola and the beach. It is just 20 minutes from Malaga airport, and a pick-up service is available if required.
