This Moorish-style self-contained apartment is on the lower level of a wonderful villa that has been beautifully furnished and well maintained by the English owners. With steps up to the front door, accommodation comprises one double bedroom with private balcony and stunning views, one twin bedroom, also with great views, a full bathroom with separate shower, a new open-plan fully fitted kitchen - with granite-topped breakfast bar, dishwasher and washing machine - and an open-plan dining room and lounge furnished with antique and modern furniture with sliding doors leading on to a pretty terrace area where you can relax on sun loungers enjoying the sunshine, eat al fresco or sit with drinks and watch the beautiful sunset. For your entertainment, there is Sky TV and a DVD player, and for your comfort there are fans/heating in all main rooms.
Casa Katrin is a non-smoking villa; however, it is possible to smoke outside.

On the urbanization there is an excellent restaurant and bar which overlooks lovely gardens, a large communal pool and a tennis court for your enjoyment. A large supermarket is also close by. Casa Katrin is a 20 minute drive from Malaga Airport; 5 minute drive to the beaches, shops and nightlife of Fuengirola; 15 minute drive to the pretty village of Mijas and approx a 2-hour drive to Granada, Sevilla, Cordoba and the Sierra Nevada for skiing. Needless to say, there are many excellent golf courses nearby.
