Beautiful villa in the heart of the Andalusian countryside yet only some 15 minutes΄ drive to Marbella with its wonderful beaches and exciting nightlife. A modern villa but with a strong Moorish style in keeping with the local area, La Chicharra combines old with new to create an atmosphere of tranquility and timelessness.
Designed to suit small or large parties, the main house accommodates up to four people, with a master bedroom and large en suite shower room, a twin bedroom, and a family shower room. The Terrace Room has separate access and has one double bed, while the Garden Room contains both a double and single bed plus en suite shower room, and also has its own entrance and patio doors on to a private terrace with garden table and chairs.

With stunning architecture and exquisite interior design throughout, the living area comprises a large lounge with dining area, charming breakfast room and well equipped country kitchen. Patio doors lead on to the main terrace - with outside dining table and chairs - which overlooks the pool, lawns and gardens. There is also a newly built barbecue area.

Altogether, this is a stunning holiday home in an idyllic location. The white village of Monda is just a short drive away, and there is no shortage of activities and sightseeing spots in the local area.

based on six people sharing, using the main
villa and the en suite annex bedroom. Additional people
are charged 10% of advertised rate. Christmas and Easter rates on
application. Discounts may be available for under-occupancy.

bed linen and towels provided - please bring beach towels.
Maid
service, cots and highchairs available at extra charge
Terms: 50% deposit with booking form, remainder payable 30 days
prior to holiday
