This delightful, stylish villa - built on two levels in 2001 by a British builder for his own use - is to a high standard and well equipped. On the upper level there is a fully fitted kitchen, double en-suite bedroom, a further double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a full bathroom. The large sitting room boasts a log fire for the cooler months, and there is a 32" TV offering Sky+ with UK channels. There is air-conditioning/heating throughout the property.
On the lower level (accessed via a ramp) is a studio bedroom and wet room with flat roll-in shower for a disabled person. (An electric bed and various disabled equipment can be supplied on request.) A connecting door leads to a single bedroom (ideal for a carer), complete with its own shower room and independent entrance. Adjacent is a small kitchenette.
To the front of the house is a large swimming pool with roman steps and a beautiful purpose-built barbecue with built-in seating. Ample terraces and patios allow plenty of space for everyone to relax in either sun or shade and the lawns are an added bonus for those with younger children who want to play.

NOTES FOR DISABLED USERS
The lower single bedroom is designed for a disabled person. Bed can be electrified at extra cost, monkey-pole is supplied. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a flat roll-in shower with grab rails and shower seat. Commode/shower chair, which can be used over the toilet, and hoist can also be supplied at extra cost. The basin is designed for use by a wheelchair user. Adequate power points are provided. Both levels of the property are wheelchair accessible. There is a steep slope from the lower accommodation to the upper, so adequate assistance is advisable. We can help to organise a wheelchair accessible taxi from Malaga airport to the property on request. Disabled equipment - e.g. a commode/shower chair, hoist and sling, electric profiling bed - is available by arrangement.
