In a rural location, accessed via a country track, this typical "finca" has been upgraded to an unusually high standard by the Spanish owners, with attractive rustic features, pine furniture and fittings, and terracotta-tiled floors throughout. The cosy interior comprises an open-plan living-dining room (with Spanish TV and sound system), kitchen with fridge-freezer, hob, extractor fan, microwave etc, good-sized shower room, and two bedrooms (one double and one twin). Outside there is ample space for sunbathing and eating al fresco, with the added bonus of a brick-built barbecue with sink, work surface etc. Views from the pool and terrace are outstanding.

There is a neighbouring property, but the main outside area and pool - to the side of the house - is quite private. For those with young children, you can have peace of mind in that the pool is enclosed and gated for added safety.
