CASA ISABEL - GUARO COUNTRY COTTAGE

This rustic, truly Spanish-style country house is situated in a small farming hamlet with a restaurant and bar - serving excellent traditional food - just around the corner. It is in the Guaro region, off the Ronda road from Coín, which is about 10km away. Other charming "white villages" are within an easy drive, as are various supermarkets and more cosmopolitan restaurants. The local scenery is superb, and Marbella is only some 30mins drive away.

The house, on two floors, offers four bedrooms (two doubles, a twin and a triple), two bathrooms, living/dining room and newly fitted well-equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher. Two of the bedrooms and one bathroom are on the ground floor. There is also a shower room off the patio area - conveniently close to the pool. Satellite TV is installed offering main UK channels and free-to-view, and there is air-conditioning/central heating throughout.

One of the main attractions of this traditional country house is the outside area, where there is a wonderful shaded and secluded dining area and a splendid enclosed bar/outdoor kitchen, fully equipped with two barbecues (gas and charcoal) and Andalucian oven, sink and fully tiled surfaces. A few steps up from here is a larger than average swimming pool (no shallow end) on a higher terrace - ideal for sunbathing - offering  fabulous views way over the Rio Grande Valley to the Sierra de las Nieves. This area is fenced and gated, making it safe for those with young children, and there are Roman steps into the pool (not a ladder).

Ample garden furniture and sun loungers are provided.

Notes to the rental rates
Two-week bookings in July and August - Saturday to Saturday - will be given preference. Please enquire if there are any one-week slots available. Rates are based on six people sharing - additional people to pay 10% of the advertised weekly rate. Reductions may be available for under-occupancy during the low and mid seasons. Christmas and Easter rates on application. Terms: 50% deposit with booking form, remainder payable 30 days prior to holiday.
