VILLA MONICA
Just a five-minute drive from the edge of Coín, this charming country house offers the chance to enjoy a real taste of rural life, being part of a working farm with horses, donkies and ostriches almost on your doorstep. Visitors may choose to mix with the Spanish owners and their family, who live next door, or remain perfectly private in their own area of the property.

This "holiday property with a difference" is maintained to the highest standard and is beautifully furnished. The main accommodation comprises a well-fitted modern kitchen, open-plan living/dining room, two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, a spacious family bathroom plus shower room (accessed from terrace). There is air-conditioning throughout and for your entertainment there is satellite TV offering channels in various languages, including English. Outside there is a really spacious covered terrace with barbecue, table and chairs and games area. Sun loungers are provided for use by the pool or for relaxing in the shade. Also by the pool is a sunken Jacuzzi "hot tub"! The property is fully fenced and gated. An added bonus is that there is an excellent restaurant within a reasonable walk.
