THE ORANGE HOUSE
Two-bedroom villa, just three miles outside the old Spanish market town of Coin, set in its own orange grove in the Rio Grande valley with uninterrupted views over the Sierra de las Nieves National Park. The air is clear and the silence is remarkable.

The Orange House sleeps four and comprises two bedrooms (one double and one twin), bathroom with full-size bath and shower, a large living area with two sofas and equipped with full air conditioning, satellite TV, and DVD/CD player. The open-plan rustic-style kitchen is well equipped and includes a full gas cooker, large fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster etc.

 Outside there are two terraces, enabling you to make the most of the stunning views and choose between sun or shade at any particular time of the day or year. The north terrace is shaded by vines and equipped with an 'outside kitchen' with a brick-built barbecue, double sink and a further small fridge. Large doors open from the living area on to the west terrace overlooking the 8m x 4m pool.  On this terrace there is a large sofa and several rocking chairs, a dining table with six chairs and four sun beds for use by the pool. Altogether, a comfortable and homely villa with tons of character.

Coin remains a largely traditional Spanish working town - rather than a tourist centre - but there are plenty of good restaurants and bars, especially in the El Rodeo area near the turn-off to the house, and also a large shopping mall a few minutes further away. And thanks to new and improved roads in the area, it is just a 25 minute drive into the heart of Marbella, 30 minutes to Puerto Banus and an easy drive to the following places for a day out - Sevilla (3 hours), Gibraltar (1.5 hours), Ronda (1.5 hours), Granada (1.75 hours), Terifa (2.5 hours) and the Sierra Nevada Ski resort (2 hours).

Rates based on up to four sharing. Christmas and Easter rates on application.
All bed linen and towels provided - please bring your own beach towels for use outside.
Maid service, cots and highchairs available at extra charge - please enquire.

Terms: 50% deposit with booking form, remainder payable 30 days prior to holiday
