High on the hillside, with truly breathtaking views, this wonderful house has been built in traditional Andalucian style, with all the rooms wrapping around a central courtyard. Accommodation is spacious - on the ground floor there is a welcoming hall, massive kitchen/breakfast room (with wood-burning stove), large living/dining room (with fireplace), cloakroom with loo/basin, utility room, shower room (with bidet, twin basins, loo), and three bedrooms (two twin, one double). Most of the rooms have French doors opening on to either the outside terrace and/or internal courtyard. Upstairs is the master bedroom - boasting French doors and a balcony - with really stylish en suite bathroom (separate shower, bath, twin basins, bidet, loo).
Casa Palomar is equipped with all mod cons - hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridges and freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer etc - and has digital satellite TV with English-speaking stations, DVD/CD player, plus a VHS with a plentiful supply of videos.

Outside, there is a spacious terrace and garden laid to grass with olive trees and natural plantings. Sunbathe anywhere around the grounds (2 acres) or in the area around the lovely 8m x 4m swimming pool. The views from here, as from the house and terrace, are really spectacular.
The property is reached via an unmade country
lane (dirt track) which is 2 kilometres from the local bypass.

NOTES TO RENTAL
RATES
Prices based on up to six people sharing the main house.
Additional people are charged 65, 75 or 85 euros per person per
week in low, mid and high season respectively. Reductions
may be available for under-occupancy during mid and low seasons.
All bed linen and towels are provided - please bring own beach towels. Cots,
highchairs and extra cleaning available - please ask for charges.
Terms: 50% deposit with booking form, remainder payable 30 days
prior to holiday
