Whether you are a lover of the beach and water sports, or just want to relax and soak up the sun, this front-line ground floor beach apartment in Elviria, east of Marbella, is the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday. Newly refurbished throughout and with full air-conditioning, the accommodation comprises one double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a second bedroom with double bed plus single bed, a further full bathroom, a well equipped fully fitted kitchen (with dishwasher), and a large lounge with wall-mounted plasma TV, DVD etc. Both the living room and master bedroom have patio doors leading on to a private terrace surrounded by mature plantings and lawn.  Garden furniture and sun loungers are provided, as well as a barbecue. The satellite TV offers main UK channels plus free-to-view ones.

The complex is completely fenced, and access to the beach is via gates just a few steps from the apartment. Behind the apartment is the communal swimming pool with further terraces and beautiful gardens - an ideal spot for relaxing away from the beach. Further attractions include the proximity of Marbella (8km) and its charming old town, up-market shops and all the nightlife. Finally, there is an excellent beachside restaurant/bar virtually on your doorstep, plus supermarket, bars and discos within reasonable walking distance.

Notes to the rental rates
 Prices are based on up to 4 - 5 people sharing. Christmas and Easter rates available on application. Discounts sometimes available for under occupancy during low and mid seasons. For long lets in winter, please enquire. Please note that preference will be given to 2-week bookings during July and August.
All bed linen and towels provided - please bring beach towels.
Maid service, cots and highchairs available at extra charge.

Terms: 50% deposit with booking form, remainder payable 30 days prior to holiday
