villa and a three-bedroom guest cottage - lies
in the foothills of the Sierra de Gibralgalia, overlooking the Valle del
Guadalhorce (Sun Valley), and is a 20 minute drive west of Málaga airport. The nearest
small village is Cerralba, with several shops, bars and restaurants. The nearest
town is Pizarra, just 10 minutes away by car.
Sleeping a maximum of 12, the property comprises
two houses: the main house, which is an old farmhouse, has two double bedrooms
with en-suite bathrooms, reception room, formal dining room, study/den,
and open-plan kitchen/diner, the latter being a fantastic new extension with
cathedral ceilings and a wall of glass looking on to an
internal patio. Here there is a further shower room, utility area and covered sitting area.
Upstairs, there is room on the spacious landing between the
two bedrooms for one or two single beds for children, or the study could be used
instead to house an extra put-u-up if required.

To the front of the property is a large vine-covered terrace, with paving leading to impressive gardens, beautifully landscaped, with lighting to illuminate them at night. Within the garden area is an impressive swimming pool with surrounding terraces, all imaginatively designed and maintained to the highest standard yet with an informal, natural feel. Indeed, there are all sorts of nooks and crannies within the gardens for visitors to simply sit and reflect, or, after a meal, to stroll along the interesting maze of pathways - at every turn, a different view, or something to treasure.

Set within 100 acres of olive and almond groves, Villa Teresa is very quiet and secluded, yet the coast is just a 35 minute drive away, and you can reach the fabulous lakes and pine forests of El Chorro within 20 minutes.

Notes to rental rates
Above prices are based on
using the main two-bedroom villa only, which ideally sleeps up to four adults
and two children. Additional people using the guest cottage are charged
at 10% of the quoted rate per person per week. Please enquire for special deals on longer
term rentals and also for reduced occupancy in low and mid seasons. All towels and bed linen provided - please bring your own beach
towels for use outside.
Terms: 50% deposit with booking form, remainder payable 30 days
prior to holiday
