Built on the hillside, this lovely villa has been cleverly designed to make the most of the outstanding views. The main living room and all three spacious bedrooms (one double with en suite bathroom and two "triples") have what can only be described as " living picture windows". The three bedrooms are situated off a wide hallway, at the end of which is a separate full bathroom. Off the living room, through a wide archway, is a stunning dining hall, with slanting beamed ceiling. A door then leads into the well-fitted kitchen, with pine-beamed ceiling and the cottage's original stone flagged floor. Throughout the rest of the house the floors are covered in rich quarry-style tiles. Patio doors lead from the living room to the terrace, which is dominated by a magnificent palm tree and is a perfect spot for lounging, barbecuing and eating while taking in the surrounding scenery. Steps from here lead down to a lower terrace and the newly-built swimming pool which has steps into the shallow end.

The fully-fitted kitchen has all mod-cons, including washing machine, and there is Satellite TV and a music centre in the living room. Indeed, Villa Rana has been furnished to the highest standard, with great attention to detail, and all with just one purpose in mind - to ensure that visitors have a happy and extremely comfortable stay.

RENTAL RATES PER WEEK

Rates quoted are for up to six people. Beds are available to sleep an extra two, each additional person to pay 10% of the advertised weekly rate. Please enquire about our special rates for long winter stays. Changeover days can be flexible. Three-week stay discounts available. Please apply for special deals in low and mid seasons.
Christmas and Easter rates on application.
All bed linen and towels provided - please bring beach towels.
Maid service, cots and highchairs available at extra charge.

Please note: this villa is not suitable for very young children or those with walking difficulties due to the steps leading from the terrace down to the swimming pool.
