Rural retreat, to highest standard throughout, yet only one hour from Málaga airport, some five minutes' drive to local villages of Alozaina and Yunquera, and half an hour to the town of Coín and a more cosmopolitan choice of shops, bars and restaurants. Wonderful views and countryside on your doorstep.

La Rubia is a stylish, modern villa offering one double bedroom (with large en suite bathroom) and two twin-bedded bedrooms, plus separate full bathroom, large open-plan living room and dining area, and beautiful fully fitted kitchen, which is excellently equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer, etc. The living area has a music centre and satellite TV with some UK stations. A DVD player may be provided by prior arrangement.

Outside, there is a choice of three patio areas for relaxing in the shade or sun, eating al fresco and sunbathing. Ample garden furniture and sun loungers are provided. The good-sized pool, with steps into the shallow end, is just a few feet from the front door and has fantastic views to the mountains. The pool area now has balustrade fencing to make it safer for young children.
