This attractive, self-contained, ground floor apartment is part of a large villa in the country, some 25 mintes' drive from the coast and only five minutes by car from the local town of Alhaurin el Grande. The villa (above the apartment) is the home of the owners, but the apartment has a completely separate entrance and gate from the road. There is also private, secure car parking. The owners (an English couple with two children of around 10 and 13) like to use the pool and surrounding terrace - which enjoys spectacular panoramic views right to Malaga bay -  but will respect visitors' privacy. There is plenty of space so as not to be "on top of one another" and you don't have to chat if you don't want to!

The newly constructed and furnished apartment is finished to a very high standard - everything new - and has all mod cons, including air-conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms. There is heating for the winter months, and the pool (10m x 5m) is also heated. Accommodation comprises a large open-plan living room and kitchen with dining area (TV and music centre provided), two double bedrooms (twin-bedded), and a good-sized full bathroom with connecting doors to each bedroom. The kitchen has a washing machine, cooker, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, etc. A cot is available at no extra charge. All linen and towels (not beach) are provided. .

This really lovely apartment is ideally situated for a country holiday - with walking, riding, etc all close by - and is within a few minutes drive of the Lauro and Alhaurin golf courses. There is a wealth of restaurants, bars, etc in and around Alhaurin el Grande, and the attractions of the coastal resorts are just half an hour's drive away. Within just a few minutes' drive is a large hotel with tennis courts available for rent by non-residents.

Terms: 50% deposit with booking form, remainder payable 30 days prior to holiday
