Extremely comfortable four-bedroom villa (including en suite twin-bedroom annex) maintained to a high standard and perfect for large groups and families. The main house comprises one double bedroom leading out to large sun terrace/balcony and two twin bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower and WC (all upstairs). Downstairs there is a separate shower room with WC, large fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave etc, (washing machine is in the garage), sun room, and spacious sitting room/dining area with Sky satellite TV and video. An ADSL connection is available for those who want to bring their laptop.
There is a private 4m x 6.5m pool (heating an optional extra), an outdoor shower, and a purpose built barbecue. The garden is well maintained and includes a variety of fruits trees and grapevines, spacious terraces for sunbathing, lawn, concreted area for ball playing and basketball, and fantastic views. The grounds are completely private and not overlooked.

Notes to the rental rates
Prices are based on up to 6 people sharing the main house and include air
conditioning and internet access. There is an additional weekly charge for use
of the twin bedded annex bedroom of 300 Euros per week. Christmas and Easter rates
available on application. The annex is only available
for use when there are more than 6 guests in the party. Pool heating is optional
and will be charged at an additional 75 Euros per week. Changeover day is Thursday in
July and August. Special deals may be available
in low- and mid-seasons, and start dates can be flexible. All bed linen and towels provided - please bring
beach towels for use outside. Cots and highchairs available at extra
charge - please enquire.
Terms: 50% deposit with booking form, remainder payable 30 days
prior to holiday
A returnable security deposit of 375 Euros will be taken prior to arrival - please ask for details.
