VILLA VICTORIA

Beautifully refurbished country haven just outside the traditional farming hamlet of Villafranco, some 40 minutes west of Málaga airport and only a short drive to the local town of Coín and a host of bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Air conditioning, private pool and internet access. Sleeps up to nine.

Villa Victoria sleeps six to nine people with ease, having two double bedrooms (both ensuite), one twin room, plus a large sprung double sofa bed and single guest bed in the living areas. The main living room with open-plan kitchen and dining area has two large comfortable sofas, and a fireplace for those holidaying in the cooler months. There is one full bathroom and one of the ensuite shower rooms has been designed for wheelchair access. The stylish kitchen is brand new, offering an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven/grill, dishwasher, fridge/freezer etc. The house has full air-conditioning on a meter system.
 

For your entertainment there is a 29in colour television (with satellite offering a full SKY package), DVD player (which plays CDs and MP3s), a portable CD player/radio and a video player. For those who can't bear to be without their laptop, the house also has a wireless internet connection, and there is a large selection of books and board games for adults and children alike. Outside, a covered games area includes a full-size ping pong table, pool table (coin-operated at 1€ per game) and table football.

Also outside is a gated pool area, which is ideal for families with small children as it can be locked while the children are unaccompanied. There is still plenty of space for the children to play in safety. The pool measures 8m by 4m and has Roman steps into the shallow end. There is a hoist for wheelchair users and a poolside shower. Along the length of the villa is a superb shaded patio, where there is some extra seating for you to relax in comfort. Incorporated in the patio area is a large covered barbecue/outside kitchen with double gas cooker and an additional fridge/freezer.

Within the grounds are around 40 fruit trees, which you are welcome to pick and enjoy. At the rear of the villa there are stairs leading to a roof terrace, from where you can soak up the breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside - again, for your peace of mind, there is a gate to stop young children climbing the stairs. Also at the back of the villa is the washing machine.
