Villa Maria is a charming two-bedroom villa, inland from the Costa del Sol, set amidst an avocado grove and with spectacular views. Some 10 minutes drive from Coín and 25 mins from Marbella, Puerto Banus and beaches.

Villa Maria is in excellent order throughout with full air con/CH. Accommodation comprises one twin bedroom and one double bedroom, a shower room and WC, fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven and microwave, and a comfortably furnished sitting room with dining table and chairs at one end. For your entertainment there is satellite TV and a CD player/radio.

Outside there is a larger than average 5m x 8m private pool, an outdoor shower, a raised shady eating area, and a barbecue - all you need to make the most of outdoor living with ample space for sunbathing. The pool terrace is gated off for child safety. A well maintained garden includes an abundance of fruit trees, including orange, lemon, mandarin, fig, mango, almond, pomegranate and grape vines! And to top it all off, there are fantastic views, especially from the roof terrace.
